Smuggler's Run

Border Chaser
Smuggler's Run for the GameBoy Advance is a long game that is also very easy, easy if you can beat it by overcoming your growing state of boredom. In Smuggler's Run your goal is to pick up goods and then drop them off on spots marked with a flare. The problem is thats all you do in over 30 missions is drive from point A to B over and over again. Missions come in two flavors, levels where you must make all the deliveries within the time limit and levels where you have a team and must make more deliveries then the other team. The levels with the time limit you also have to worry about cops, sounds exciting? Well, the cops are slow and dumb. Same story with your team and the other team. The computer in Smuggler's Run is stupid, when your team mate has the goods it will circle around the drop off point until either you or someone on the other team who is smart enough to steal it. You are much better alone then with a team full of idiots. That is what you'll be going through for over 30 missions in Smuggler's Run. The only thing that will change is the environment. The environment in Smuggler's Run is well done, there are hills and bumpy roads, but it is not without problems. The environment seems random and non-memorable, you won't know where to go without the arrow. Small rocks on the ground can strangely stall your vehicle to a stop and the land is bare. You'll be lucky to see a lonely tree or a sign. Do your self a favor and avoid this game, spend your money wisely.
