Once in the vertical room, you have a long way up. I highly advise you to take your time, otherwise it will be even longer.
Start off, by shooting off some blocks, jump on top of the blocks you didn't shoot.
Shoot up to get rid of some blocks
above. Now you should be able to jump onto the gray block on the side. Do this til you've reached the top.
Go through the door at the very top.
Head back to the elevator room.
We can't go up, only down. Drop all
the way down. On the bottom are two doors, the one to the right is impossible to go through right now, but the one to the left we'll take.
Keep going left to reach another vertical gray room, work your way up to the only other door in the room.
Go through the small room to now be on the otherside of the elevator room.
This time your able to move up. Move up to the next blue door on the left.
This room is pretty long and it has a little of everything. Divers,
hornets and jumpers.
Next room is another vertical gray room with a sand pit on the bottom. Fall through it
and enjoy the long fall down.
A series of corridors separates you from the next upgrade, but we're going to take a quick detour. In the second corridor, near the entrance is a hidden tunnel. Bomb it and drop below. Samus will be in a small room with a single jumper, continue on to bump into another Kraid. But didn't we just defeated Kraid?
